Clinical Success Coordinator – Scheduling

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Assist senior Clinical Study Specialists (CSSs) with intricate or high-volume clinical research studies, helping to ensure that visits are scheduled and rescheduled within the designated visit window.

• Oversee low-volume or low-to-moderate complexity clinical research studies, confirming that visits are scheduled and rescheduled appropriately within the visit window.

• Daily monitor scheduled visits to guarantee successful execution by verifying equipment shipments, unconfirmed Hero visits, training deficiencies, and license confirmations.

• Keep track of rescheduled visit details to ensure that rescheduling does not result in non-compliance.

• Examine upcoming unscheduled visits for gaps in Hero availability and escalate these issues to the Stakeholder Engagement team.

• Adhere to established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Work Instructions regarding Visit Scheduling and Participant Outreach.

• Engage with patients and Heroes throughout the scheduling process up until visit completion.

• Assist in coordinating logistics, supplies, and third-party vendors.

• Achieve visit scheduling objectives and meet other Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

• Identify and communicate obstacles and inefficiencies within the platform.

• Collaborate with Project Managers, Clinical Leaders (CLs), and Logistics teams to ensure completion of visits within the specified window.

• 1-2 years of experience in Patient and/or Customer Service.

• Experience in Call Center/Event Coordination or a similar role.

• Strong communication skills.

• Strong time management skills.

• Detail-oriented and able to meet deadlines.

• Candidate must be available and willing to work PST hours from 9 AM to 5 PM, Monday through Friday.
