This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina.
• Collaborate with the Regional Sales Director and Territory Manager within a specified geographic region.
• Engage with current and prospective clients, including physicians and physician office groups located in hospitals.
• Assess the clinical needs, objectives, and patient-care limitations of customers.
• Discuss and showcase how the company's products meet the needs of customers and patients/clients.
• Provide case support and contribute to achieving positive clinical outcomes for patients.
• Act as the main clinical support resource for coverage, troubleshooting, and in-service education.
• Educate clients on the advantages and appropriate clinical application of company products.
• Discuss advancements in products, therapies, and technologies through procedural and technical interactions.
• Connect clinical data to key messaging effectively.
• Offer innovative and practical product solutions to clients.
• Relay account insights and requested information to the local Territory Manager on a weekly basis.
• Aid in meeting projected sales targets, company objectives, and driving increased sales revenue.
• A minimum of 5+ years of relevant experience is required.
• Experience in the medical industry is preferred.
• Strong clinical background is essential.
• Experience with products utilized in interventional cardiology and/or cardiac surgery is highly preferred.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills are necessary.
• Ability to influence clinicians, nurses, and lab technicians is crucial.
• Capability to provide clinical support, troubleshoot, deliver in-service education, and cover cases.
• Proficiency in educating customers on the correct clinical application of company products.
• Skill in linking clinical data to essential messaging is important.
• Sales incentive (commission) available for eligible sales positions.
