This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in District of Columbia, +1 more state.
β’ Collaborate with the Territory Manager to assess clinical needs of prospects, showcase FUJIFILM Sonosite products, and secure new contracts.
β’ Assist in achieving territory sales objectives.
β’ Meet annual Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
β’ Deploy FUJIFILM Sonosite products at client locations and provide training on their usage.
β’ Manage post-sales field operations, promoting product usage and resolving customer concerns.
β’ Sustain FUJIFILM Sonosite's presence and foster relationships with clients in the installed base.
β’ Communicate the overall value proposition of products to users and stakeholders at customer locations.
β’ Collaborate with Inside Sales Representatives to demonstrate products in the field when necessary.
β’ Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling, and refer these to Territory Managers or Inside Sales Representatives.
β’ Offer clinical, technical, and educational support to both new and existing customers.
β’ Assist other departments within the company as required.
β’ Serve as the primary commercial contact in the absence of the Territory Manager.
β’ Fulfill the requirements of the company's quality system.
β’ Associate degree from an accredited institution specializing in ultrasound education.
β’ Registered Diagnostic Medical Sonographer (RDMS) in Abdomen/OB GYN, Registered Diagnostic Cardiac Sonographer (RDCS), or Registered Vascular Technologist (RVT).
β’ Minimum of 3 yearsβ experience in diagnostic ultrasound.
β’ Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and perform detailed prioritization.
β’ Capacity to understand the clinical and business requirements of customers and FUJIFILM Sonosite.
β’ Skill in translating customer needs into clear product specifications.
β’ Exceptional verbal, written, and presentation capabilities.
β’ Proficient in developing and maintaining strong customer relationships.
β’ Ability to adapt to shifting priorities and workloads.
β’ Organized work habits and capability to meet customer and company deadlines.
β’ Willingness to work on occasional weekends, holidays, and after hours.
β’ Ability to travel 90% of the time, including periodic overnight trips.
β’ Capability to lift up to 50 pounds.
β’ General proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams.
β’ Must register with relevant vendor credentialing services required by client hospitals.
β’ Must provide proof of immunizations, including MMR and hepatitis, and undergo drug testing/screening.
β’ Self-driven and capable of working with minimal supervision while fostering teamwork and cross-functional collaboration.
β’ Must represent FUJIFILM Sonosite in a professional manner.
