This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Facilitate the onboarding process and provide hands-on training for new families and clinical partners utilizing their Trexo devices.

• Offer continuous support to clients through regular check-ins, assisting them in effectively using the device and achieving significant goals.

• Conduct practical Trexo demonstrations with children and families at roadshows, conferences, and various events throughout the UK and Europe.

• Respond to daily customer inquiries via dedicated chat groups and oversee support tickets.

• Independently configure, modify, and troubleshoot the Trexo device, which includes basic technical, mechanical, and software evaluations.

• Collaborate with families and clinicians to set meaningful objectives and track relevant metrics and progress.

• Collect customer feedback to relay to engineering and product teams, fostering ongoing product enhancement.

• Collaborate closely with global Customer Success and Sales teams to ensure a uniform customer experience.

• Represent Trexo Robotics at clinical events, conferences, and community outreach activities.


⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years' post-qualification experience in physiotherapy, rehabilitation, clinical practice, medical devices, mobility technology, or a closely related field.

• Clinical experience at a level generally equivalent to NHS Band 6, or comparable experience in private/independent practice or a clinical specialist role within the medical device or healthcare industry.

• Experience working with children who have complex mobility needs, neurological conditions, physical disabilities, or rehabilitation requirements.

• Proficient with technology and capable of independently setting up, adjusting, and troubleshooting technical equipment.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, demonstrating strong empathy and patience.

• Willingness and capability to travel extensively, with approximately 75% travel across the UK and occasional travel to other parts of Europe.

• Ability to safely lift and manage equipment weighing up to 27 kg (60 lb).

• Possess a valid UK driving licence.
