This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Oversee the onboarding process and provide hands-on training for new families and clinical partners utilizing their Trexo devices.

• Offer continuous support to customers through regular check-ins, assisting them in effectively using the device to achieve meaningful goals.

• Conduct practical Trexo trials with children and families at roadshows, conferences, and various events throughout the UK and Europe.

• Respond to daily customer inquiries via dedicated chat groups and manage support ticket resolutions.

• Independently configure, modify, and troubleshoot the Trexo device, performing basic technical, mechanical, and software inspections.

• Collaborate with families and clinicians to set significant goals and monitor pertinent measures and progress.

• Collect customer feedback to relay to engineering and product teams, fostering ongoing product enhancement.

• Work closely with global Customer Success and Sales teams to ensure a unified customer experience.

• Represent Trexo Robotics at clinical events, conferences, and community-focused activities.

• Travel primarily within the UK and occasionally to other parts of Europe, which will account for approximately 75% of working hours.

• Weekend work may occasionally be necessary for customer trials, roadshows, or events.


⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years' post-qualification experience in a Physiotherapist role or a closely related clinical position.

• Must have qualifications as a Physiotherapist with current HCPC registration (or be eligible to practice as a UK-licensed PT).

• Clinical experience at a level generally equivalent to NHS Band 6, or similar experience in private or independent practice.

• Experience in paediatric physiotherapy, preferably within a community-based environment.

• Technologically proficient with the ability to independently configure, modify, and troubleshoot technical equipment.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, demonstrating strong empathy and patience.

• Willingness and capacity to travel extensively, with approximately 75% travel across the UK and occasional journeys elsewhere in Europe.

• Capability to safely lift and handle equipment weighing up to 27 kg (60 lb).

• Must possess a valid UK driving licence.

• Candidates must already have the legal right to work in the location they are applying for; visa sponsorship is not available.
