Clinical Specialist, North FL - Jacksonville

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Act as a clinical expert during the implementation of systems, onboarding of physicians, and support during live procedures.

• Collaborate with Account Managers to ensure account readiness, achieve utilization goals, and explore growth opportunities.

• Oversee on-site execution for new site launches and technology integrations.

• Identify and communicate clinical insights to improve performance, workflow, and outcomes.

• Facilitate collaboration among Clinical, Commercial, and R&D teams.

• Foster and maintain professional relationships with physicians, clinical staff, and internal stakeholders.

• Promote continuous optimization at existing sites.

• Coordinate and manage site start-ups and procedural launches.

• Offer both in-person and remote support for procedures.

• Ensure compliance with clinical and safety protocols.

• Identify opportunities to enhance procedural utilization and improve account performance.

• Collaboratively develop and implement site-specific action plans with Account Managers.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare, business, biomedical engineering, or a related field is preferred.

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in medical devices, healthcare technology, or interventional clinical support.

• Demonstrated ability to drive clinical adoption and ensure procedural success.

• Professional proficiency in both Spanish and English is preferred.

• Willingness to travel up to 75% domestically, including overnight stays.

• Must fulfill all hospital credentialing requirements, including background checks, drug screenings, and immunizations.

• A personal vehicle is required for field travel.

• A valid Driver’s License is necessary.

• Familiarity with HIPAA, the Sunshine Act, and company interaction guidelines is required.
