This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Collaborate closely with the sales management team to assist the Interventional Technologies portfolio, primarily catering to clients in the United Kingdom while also supporting distributors in Nordic countries.
• Engage with current and prospective customers, including physicians and clinical teams in hospitals, to comprehend clinical requirements and discuss as well as demonstrate vascular closure solutions.
• Deliver clinical expertise and case support for vascular closure procedures.
• Promote procedural excellence, product adoption, sales objectives, company goals, and revenue enhancement within the designated region.
• Work alongside sales management to provide case support and clinical outcomes for patients.
• Act as the primary clinical resource for troubleshooting coverage and delivering in-service education.
• Involve customers in procedural and technical discussions regarding product, therapy, and technological advancements.
• Connect clinical data to essential messaging.
• Recognize customer needs and offer viable solutions utilizing company products.
• Relay account information to the sales team and share insights regarding competitive products and accounts.
• Inform customers about the advantages and correct clinical application of company products.
• Supervise local education and training initiatives, encompassing program coordination, procedural troubleshooting, and staff training.
• Build and sustain relationships with key decision-makers, customers, staff, and administrators.
• Assist in monitoring product inventory levels.
• Perform other assigned duties as necessary.
• Bachelor's degree (Bachelor of Arts or Science).
• Over 5 years of relevant experience in a hospital environment or medical device sector.
• Strong clinical focus.
• Experience with products utilized in interventional cardiology, electrophysiology, vascular, or cardiac surgery.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to influence clinicians, nurses, and lab technicians.
• Capability to effectively communicate and customize the Vascular Closure Value Proposition.
• Strong analytical abilities and financial insight, including understanding product performance and data effects on a health system’s financial health.
• Ability to maintain positive working relationships while managing sensitive and confidential matters.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Attention to detail for record-keeping and report processing.
• Comprehensive knowledge of the medical device market, products, and the customer base in the territory.
• Proficiency in managing schedules effectively and efficiently.
• Familiarity with MS Office systems.
• Willingness to travel domestically and within the EU, approximately 50% of the time.
• Preferred medical training (RT, RCIS, Surgical tech, RN, NP, or first assistant).
• Previous experience in the cardiovascular industry is preferred.
• Prior experience with vessel closure is preferred.
• Experience in clinical education and staff training is preferred.
