This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in District of Columbia, +1 more state.
• Deliver clinical sales support for Vascade, EnsoETM, and upcoming interventional products.
• Facilitate the adoption of products within vascular closure and esophageal cooling markets.
• Provide case coverage in the designated territory.
• Collaborate with Account Managers to enhance case coverage and clinical outcomes.
• Act as the main clinical resource for product coverage, troubleshooting, and in-service education.
• Engage with customers in procedural and technical discussions regarding product, therapy, and technological advancements.
• Illustrate how clinical data underpins key messaging.
• Identify clinical needs, objectives, and constraints of customers, offering product-based solutions.
• Relay account information to the sales team on a daily basis.
• Share insights on competitive products and accounts with colleagues.
• Instruct customers on appropriate clinical usage and the advantages of products.
• Organize and facilitate local education and training initiatives.
• Provide troubleshooting for procedures and education for staff.
• Cultivate and sustain relationships with decision-makers, customers, clinical personnel, and administrators.
• Assist in monitoring product inventory levels.
• Contribute to sales objectives, company goals, and sales revenue.
• Report to the Regional Clinical Manager and collaborate with the Regional Sales Director, Account Managers, Marketing, and Clinical Teams.
• Engage in informal peer mentoring and knowledge exchange.
• BA/BS or equivalent medical training is required.
• Background in health sciences.
• Preferred registrations or certifications include RT, RCIS, Surgical Tech, RN, NP, or First Assistant.
• Minimum of 2 years of direct healthcare experience in Cath lab, Interventional Radiology, Electrophysiology, or related environments.
• Strong clinical focus.
• Familiarity with assigned company products and services, associated clinical evidence, and pertinent disease states.
• Understanding of product positioning, competitive landscape, and territory requirements.
• Ability to connect clinical data to key messaging and sales objectives.
• Exceptional interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Capacity to influence clinicians, nurses, and lab technicians.
• Ability to customize the Vascular Closure Value Proposition.
• Strong analytical and financial skills.
• Competence in handling sensitive and confidential information.
• Attention to detail for record maintenance and report processing.
• Comprehensive knowledge of the medical device market, products, and customer base in the territory.
• Previous experience in the cardiovascular industry is preferred.
• Experience engaging with interventional cardiologists, vascular surgeons, interventional radiologists, administrators, and clinical staff is preferred.
• Vessel closure experience is preferred.
• Experience in clinical education and staff training is preferred.
• Proficiency in MS Office systems.
• Previous experience in the medical device industry is preferred.
• Experience in interventional cardiology, electrophysiology, interventional radiology, vascular, or cardiac surgery is preferred.
• Sales incentive (commission) available for sales positions.
