This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.
• Deliver clinical sales support for Optowire and SavvyWire while facilitating the adoption of upcoming products.
• Report directly to the Regional Clinical Manager and collaborate with the Regional Sales Director, Account Managers, Marketing, and Clinical Teams.
• Provide case coverage within the designated territory.
• Work alongside Account Managers to enhance case coverage and improve clinical outcomes.
• Act as the primary clinical resource for product coverage, troubleshooting, and in-service education.
• Engage with customers during procedures to discuss product, therapy, and technology advancements.
• Connect clinical data to key messaging.
• Meet with existing and potential customers to assess clinical needs and offer product-based solutions.
• Relay account information to the sales team on a daily basis.
• Share insights on competitive products and accounts with colleagues.
• Educate customers on the benefits of products and their correct clinical application.
• Oversee local educational and training initiatives, including program coordination, procedural troubleshooting, and staff education.
• Cultivate and sustain relationships with key decision-makers, customers, and staff.
• Monitor product inventory levels.
• Contribute to projected sales targets, company goals, and sales revenue.
• Execute other responsibilities as assigned.
• BA/BS or equivalent medical training is mandatory.
• A minimum of 2 years of direct healthcare experience in Cath lab, Interventional Radiology, Electrophysiology, or related environments is required.
• Strong clinical focus is essential.
• Experience in interventional cardiology, electrophysiology, interventional radiology, vascular, or cardiac surgery is preferred.
• Prior experience in the medical device industry is preferred.
• Health science background with relevant registrations or certifications such as RT, RCIS, Surgical Tech, RN, NP, or First Assistant is strongly preferred.
• Comprehensive knowledge of assigned company products and services, related clinical evidence, and pertinent disease states is necessary.
• Understanding of product positioning, basic competitive landscape, and territory requirements is expected.
• Ability to effectively communicate and customize the Sensor-Guided Technology Value Proposition.
• Strong analytical skills and financial acumen are required.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a strong clinical focus.
• Capability to maintain professional relationships while managing sensitive and confidential information.
• Attention to detail for record-keeping and report processing is critical.
• In-depth understanding of the medical device market, products, and territory customer base.
• Previous industry experience, preferably within the cardiovascular sector, is advantageous.
• Prior experience with vessel closure is preferred.
• Previous experience in providing clinical education and training is a plus.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications is necessary.
