This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.
• Provide support for Ear, Nose, and Throat therapies through surgical coverage, follow-up assistance, troubleshooting, customer service, and education.
• Represent Medtronic during surgical procedures by ensuring that all necessary equipment and products are readily available.
• Aid in the selection, programming, implantation, and testing of device systems.
• Deliver clinical support during surgeries, resolve issues, and conduct follow-ups in hospitals and clinics.
• Address technical inquiries from customers, patients, and colleagues.
• Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of competitive products.
• Educate and train physicians, hospital staff, and office personnel on products and therapies.
• Assist management and Sales Training in onboarding new district employees.
• Complete necessary event reporting and documentation utilizing Medtronic technology tools.
• Place orders for outstanding purchase orders and product replacements; collaborate with materials management to obtain purchase orders.
• Oversee inventory for case coverage.
• Contribute to district and national initiatives on a quarterly basis.
• Collaborate with sales representatives to meet territory and district business objectives and document quarterly activities.
• Visit accounts to replenish literature and foster relationships with office staff.
• Utilize mobile phones, iPads, and PCs effectively.
• Manage personal expenses and budget efficiently.
• Adhere to quality policies, work procedures, and quality system requirements.
• High School Diploma or GED with at least 6 years of clinical or medical sales experience; or Associate’s Degree with a minimum of 4 years of clinical or medical sales experience; or Bachelor’s degree with at least 2 years of clinical or medical sales experience.
• Must reside within the designated territory.
• Possess a valid driver's license and active vehicle insurance policy.
• Hold unrestricted U.S. work authorization at the time of hire and maintain it throughout employment.
• Ability to serve as the primary resource for both scheduled and unscheduled clinical events.
• Willingness to work weekends, evenings, and nights as needed.
• Capability to engage in overnight travel within their own or neighboring districts.
• Ability to work independently and efficiently with minimal supervision.
• Willingness to attend national and district meetings, as well as training sessions.
• Ability to wear a protective lead apron weighing 7–9 lbs for extended periods.
• Capacity to lift up to 40 lbs.
• Ability to sit, stand, and/or walk for more than 8 hours a day.
• Ability to frequently bend, stoop, squat, and balance.
• Close vision, distance vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
• Ability to drive approximately 50% of the time within the assigned territory.
• For degrees obtained outside the United States, the degree must satisfy 8 C.F.R. § 214.2(h)(4)(iii)(A).
