This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Provide primary technical assistance to clients during implementation and follow-up phases.
• Independently execute complex troubleshooting of devices/programming.
• Aid in managing and delivering regional customer education training events.
• Cultivate a comprehensive understanding of regional account goals and strategies for all accounts within the designated area.
• Establish strong and professional relationships within various hospital environments.
• Support the regional NMD business strategy through product implementation coverage in accounts as agreed upon with the leadership team.
• Travel at least 75% of the time in this field-based position.
• Assist with DBS and SCS implementation and follow-up across designated NHS and private hospitals.
• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in a Scientific discipline.
• Experience in the medical devices industry or a physiotherapist/Pain Nurse seeking to transition into industry.
• Understanding of the UK healthcare market.
• Ability to be flexible and adaptable regarding working hours and customer support locations.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Familiarity with clinical settings and operating room procedures and protocols (preferred).
• Competent keyboard skills and effective presentation abilities.
• Proficient in MS Word, MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Email.
