This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Facilitate the utilization of Acumed products within the surgical environment.
• Provide support, consultation, and training to surgeons and theatre teams before, during, and after surgical procedures.
• Offer guidance to aid in clinical decision-making.
• Ensure that surgeons have the appropriate equipment for their patients.
• Oversee daily operations of hospitals within the designated area.
• Conduct stock audits, manage replenishment, arrange loan kits, and ensure that implants and instruments are prepared and accessible.
• Act as the liaison between Acumed and clinical environments.
• Collect, compile, interpret, and convey clinically relevant, customer-focused information to the Regional Sales Manager.
• Build and foster networks and relationships to advocate for value-based healthcare.
• Meet key performance indicators (KPIs) established by the line manager and/or Directors.
• Cover surgical cases and provide advice on the application of the Acumed product range.
• Serve as the communication link between customers and the Regional Sales Manager.
• Offer guidance to both new and existing customers regarding clinical decisions.
• Train theatre personnel.
• Understand and comply with hospital and theatre protocols.
• Attend regional symposiums and represent the Acumed brand.
• Maintain inventory levels and perform audits.
• Keep customer relationship management (CRM) records current.
• Ensure the maintenance of Acumed equipment, including laptop, mobile phone, and audit tools.
• Complete administrative tasks promptly.
• This is a field-based role located in South East London.
• Possess expert knowledge of products and anatomy.
• Have a solid understanding of orthopedic principles.
• Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Basic comprehension of anatomy and physiology is necessary.
• Capability to work flexibly in order to meet business needs.
• Ability to collaborate effectively as part of a team.
• A valid driving license and access to a car are essential.
