Clinical Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Assist in the effective clinical implementation and adoption of HistoSonics technology.

• Act as a clinical expert throughout system implementation, physician onboarding, and during live procedure support.

• Collaborate with Account Managers to ensure account readiness, establish utilization goals, and explore growth opportunities.

• Oversee on-site execution during the launch of new sites and the integration of technology.

• Identify and communicate clinical insights aimed at enhancing performance, workflow, and outcomes.

• Foster collaboration among Clinical, Commercial, and R&D teams.

• Maintain professional relationships with physicians, clinical staff, and internal stakeholders.

• Drive optimization efforts at existing sites to promote procedural growth and sustainability.

• Coordinate and execute site start-ups and procedural launches.

• Provide both in-person and remote support for procedures.

• Ensure compliance with clinical and safety protocols.

• Identify opportunities to enhance procedural utilization and improve account performance.

• Develop and implement site-specific action plans in collaboration with Account Managers.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare, business, biomedical engineering, or a related field is preferred.

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in medical devices, healthcare technology, or interventional clinical support.

• Experience with imaging, ultrasound, or robotics is preferred.

• Demonstrated ability to drive clinical adoption and ensure procedural success.

• Willingness to travel up to 75% domestically, including overnight stays as necessary.

• Must fulfill all hospital credentialing requirements, including background checks, drug screenings, and immunizations.

• Strong comprehension of clinical workflows, physician engagement, and procedural execution in complex healthcare settings.

• Familiarity with HIPAA, Sunshine Act, and company interaction guidelines is essential.

• Valid Driver’s License is required.

• A personal vehicle is necessary for field travel.
