Clinical Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Minnesota, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Assist in the successful clinical implementation and adoption of HistoSonics technology.

• Act as a clinical expert during the implementation of the system, onboarding of physicians, and during live procedures.

• Collaborate with Account Managers to ensure account readiness, set utilization goals, and identify growth opportunities.

• Oversee on-site execution during the launch of new sites and integration of technology.

• Provide both in-person and remote support for procedures.

• Ensure compliance with clinical and safety protocols.

• Identify clinical insights that can enhance performance, workflow, and outcomes.

• Work in partnership with Clinical, Commercial, and R&D teams.

• Build and maintain relationships with physicians, clinical staff, and internal stakeholders.

• Optimize current sites to facilitate procedural growth and ensure sustainability.

• Coordinate the initiation of sites and the launch of procedures.

• Promote clinical adoption and enhance account performance.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare, business, biomedical engineering, or a related field is preferred.

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in medical devices, healthcare technology, or interventional clinical support.

• Experience in imaging, ultrasound, or robotics is preferred.

• Demonstrated ability to drive clinical adoption and ensure procedural success.

• Willingness to travel up to 75% domestically, including overnight stays.

• Must fulfill all hospital credentialing requirements, including background checks, drug screenings, and immunizations.

• Strong understanding of clinical workflows, physician engagement, and procedural execution in complex healthcare settings.

• Familiarity with HIPAA, the Sunshine Act, and company interaction guidelines.

• A valid Driver’s License and personal vehicle are required for field travel.
