Clinical Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Kansas, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Facilitate the effective clinical implementation and adoption of HistoSonics technology.

• Act as a clinical authority during system implementations, physician onboarding, and live procedures.

• Collaborate with Account Managers to ensure account readiness, set utilization targets, and identify growth opportunities.

• Oversee on-site execution during the launch of new sites and integration of technology.

• Provide both in-person and remote support during procedures.

• Recognize and communicate clinical insights to enhance performance, workflow, and patient outcomes.

• Work closely with Clinical, Commercial, and R&D teams to promote adoption and achieve procedural excellence.

• Maintain professional relationships with physicians, clinical staff, and internal stakeholders.

• Enhance existing sites to foster procedural growth and sustainability.

• Coordinate the successful initiation of sites and procedural launches.

• Ensure compliance with clinical and safety protocols.

• Identify opportunities to increase procedural utilization and enhance account performance.

• Create and implement site-specific action plans in collaboration with Account Managers.

⛳️ Requirements

• A bachelor's degree in healthcare, business, biomedical engineering, or a related discipline is preferred.

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in medical devices, healthcare technology, or interventional clinical support.

• Preferred experience in imaging, ultrasound, or robotics.

• Demonstrated capability to drive clinical adoption and facilitate procedural success.

• Willingness to travel up to 75% domestically, including overnight stays as needed.

• Must fulfill all hospital credentialing requirements, including background checks, drug screenings, and immunizations.

• Strong understanding of clinical workflows, physician engagement, and procedural execution in intricate healthcare settings.

• Familiarity with HIPAA, the Sunshine Act, and company interaction guidelines.

• A personal vehicle is required for field travel.

• A valid driver's license is necessary.
