Clinical Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Connecticut, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Facilitate the effective clinical implementation and adoption of HistoSonics technology.

• Act as a clinical authority during system deployment, physician onboarding, and live procedure assistance.

• Collaborate with Account Managers on account preparedness, utilization objectives, and growth potential.

• Oversee on-site execution during the launch of new sites and integration of technology.

• Identify and communicate clinical insights to enhance performance, workflow, and outcomes.

• Foster collaboration among Clinical, Commercial, and R&D teams.

• Maintain professional relationships with physicians, clinical personnel, and internal stakeholders.

• Propel optimization at current sites to facilitate procedural growth and sustainability.

• Coordinate and implement site start-ups and procedural launches.

• Offer both in-person and remote support for procedures.

• Ensure compliance with clinical and safety protocols.

• Identify opportunities to enhance procedural utilization and account performance.

• Collaboratively develop and implement site-specific action plans with Account Managers.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare, business, biomedical engineering, or a related discipline is preferred.

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in medical devices, healthcare technology, or interventional clinical support.

• Experience with imaging, ultrasound, or robotics is preferred.

• Demonstrated ability to promote clinical adoption and ensure procedural success.

• Willingness to travel domestically up to 75%, including overnight stays as necessary.

• Must fulfill all hospital credentialing requirements, including background checks, drug screenings, and immunizations.

• Strong understanding of clinical workflows, physician engagement, and procedural execution in complex healthcare settings.

• Familiarity with HIPAA, the Sunshine Act, and company interaction policies.

• Must possess a personal vehicle for field travel and hold a valid Driver’s License.
