Clinical Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Assist in product trials of Masimo monitoring parameters directly on the ward, starting from the initial briefing to the evaluation phase.

• Provide training to nursing and medical teams either on-site or at the Masimo training center.

• Collaborate with the Sales team to create customized solutions for customer accounts and maintain communication post-implementation.

• Capture customer feedback in the CRM system to facilitate ongoing product development.

• Work in close coordination with Customer Service, Marketing, and Technical Service teams at both national and international levels.

• Showcase Masimo technology during workshops, trade fairs, and congresses, including events like DIVI and DGAI.

• Integrate Masimo monitoring technology into clinical practices.

• Report directly to the Regional Manager as part of the Germany-based Sales Team.

⛳️ Requirements

• A completed medical qualification, such as general or pediatric nursing, anesthesia technician (ATA), or cardiac technician.

• A strong understanding of clinical processes and hospital workflows, including decision-making pathways in a clinical setting.

• Experience in presenting or providing training to nursing, medical, or other clinical teams.

• Proficiency in German and a good command of English.

• Background in intensive care, anesthesia, or another relevant acute-care clinical environment.

• Willingness to travel approximately 60% of the time, including overnight stays, within the assigned territory.

• A valid driver’s license with a satisfactory driving record.
