Clinical Specialist – 6-month FTC

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Assist in product trials of Masimo monitoring parameters on the ward, from initial briefing to evaluation.

• Provide training to nursing and medical teams either on-site or at the Masimo training center.

• Collaborate with the Sales team to create customized solutions for customer accounts and maintain contact post-implementation.

• Record customer feedback in the CRM system to aid in ongoing product development.

• Work in close partnership with Customer Service, Marketing, and Technical Service on both national and international levels.

• Showcase Masimo technology at workshops, trade fairs, and congresses, including events like DIVI and DGAI.

• Integrate Masimo monitoring technology into clinical practice.

• Support product trials, provide training to nursing and medical teams, and collaborate with Sales to develop customer solutions.

• Represent Masimo technology at various workshops, trade fairs, and congresses.

• Gather and provide customer feedback to contribute to product enhancement.

⛳️ Requirements

• A completed medical degree, such as in general or pediatric nursing, or qualifications as an anesthesia technician (ATA) or cardiac technician.

• Strong understanding of clinical processes and hospital workflows, including decision-making pathways in a clinical setting.

• Experience in presenting or providing training to nursing, medical, or other clinical teams.

• Proficient in German and competent in English.

• Relevant experience in intensive care, anesthesia, or another acute-care clinical environment.

• Willingness to travel approximately 60% of the time, including overnight stays within the designated territory.

• Must possess a valid driver’s license with a satisfactory driving record.
