Clinical Science Project Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Hungary.

📋 Description

• Oversee project-specific tracking tools and dashboards to ensure accurate reporting for both internal and external stakeholders.

• Organize clinical training initiatives, clinician assignments, and resource planning tailored to specific projects.

• Assist Clinical Scientists and project teams with various project activities, deliverables, meetings, and communication needs.

• Schedule and coordinate training sessions, meetings, and events related to the project.

• Manage communications and foster collaboration among sponsors, clinicians, vendors, and internal teams.

• Convey the status of clinical deliverables and project milestones to the project teams.

• Engage in kickoff, status updates, review sessions, final deliverable meetings, and other study-related discussions.

• Track project progress, identify risks and challenges, and organize corrective measures.

• Evaluate customer inquiries and decide when escalation is necessary.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish requirements, objectives, dependencies, and timelines.

• Facilitate proactive problem resolution to align with client and project team expectations.

• Develop and maintain project documentation, action plans, reports, training records, and communication logs.

• Ensure that clinical science deliverables adhere to scope, quality, timeline, and documentation standards.

• Suggest process enhancements within the Clinical Science organization.

• Assist with special projects and other assignments as directed by leadership.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree is preferred, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant professional experience.

• At least 1 year of experience in supporting client-facing projects, programs, clinical trials, healthcare operations, or similar business functions.

• Experience in a project team setting is preferred.

• Strong analytical and critical-thinking abilities to assess information and identify effective solutions.

• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively in English.

• Strong organizational and planning abilities, capable of managing multiple projects and competing priorities simultaneously.

• Excellent interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholder groups.

• Strong facilitation, coordination, and meeting management skills.

• High attention to detail, committed to accuracy, quality, and timely delivery.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams.

• Ability to work independently while ensuring strong collaboration within cross-functional and global teams.

• Professional, proactive, and customer-oriented attitude with a positive mindset and strong accountability.
