Field Clinical Specialist, Electrophysiology

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Deliver medical and clinical customer support in close collaboration with the regional team and sales leadership.

• Offer guidance and assistance during electrophysiology examinations and procedures, including case support.

• Enhance the utilization of Abbott products during procedures.

• Introduce new Abbott products and showcase their potential applications.

• Organize customer training sessions and workshops to ensure optimal utilization of the EnSite System.

• Collaborate with customers and the clinical studies department to initiate studies.

• Resolve system issues, leveraging support from internal technicians or specialists when necessary.

• Consider hospital-specific processes in all activities.

• Support campaigns and product trials in alignment with Marketing Department guidelines.

• Represent the Abbott organization at national congresses and training events.

⛳️ Requirements

• Training or qualification in a scientific, medical, or technical field; a university degree is not mandatory.

• Initial professional experience in clinical roles is beneficial.

• General understanding of medical technology and/or medicine.

• Proficient command of English.

• Strong IT skills.

• Excellent communication abilities, self-motivation, strong organizational skills, a high degree of empathy, and technical proficiency.

• Calm demeanor and capability to work effectively within a team.

• Unrestricted travel availability, including short-notice trips.

• Willingness to travel approximately 75% of the time.
