Clinical Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Assist in conducting product trials of Masimo monitoring parameters directly on the ward, from the initial briefing to the evaluation phase.

• Provide training for nursing and medical teams either on-site or at the Masimo training center.

• Collaborate with the Sales team to create customized solutions for customer accounts and serve as a key contact post-implementation.

• Record customer feedback in the CRM system to facilitate ongoing product development.

• Work in close partnership with Customer Service, Marketing, and Technical Service teams both nationally and internationally.

• Demonstrate Masimo technology at workshops, trade fairs, and conferences, including DIVI and DGAI.

• Integrate Masimo monitoring technology into clinical practice.

• Support product trials, train nursing and medical teams, and collaborate with Sales to develop customer-specific solutions.

⛳️ Requirements

• A completed medical qualification, such as general or pediatric nursing, as an anesthesia technician (ATA), or as a cardiac technician.

• Strong understanding of clinical processes and hospital workflows, including decision-making pathways in a clinical setting.

• Experience in presenting or conducting training sessions for nursing, medical, or other clinical teams.

• Proficiency in German and a good command of English.

• Background in intensive care, anesthesia, or another relevant acute-care clinical environment.

• Willingness to travel approximately 60% of the time, including overnight stays, within the designated territory.

• A valid driver’s license with a satisfactory driving record.
