This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.
• Oversee CVAC cases and independently manage procedures.
• Educate surgical teams on the safe and effective use of devices and instrument preparation.
• Offer clinical product assistance and intra-operative support to surgeons.
• Handle account inventory and administrative responsibilities.
• Prepare and maintain surgical equipment and kits, including conducting quality-control audits.
• Diagnose equipment issues following standard procedures.
• Ensure that received and returned inventory corresponds with shipping documents.
• Reconcile inventory usage and address any discrepancies.
• Provide procedural training to physicians and medical personnel.
• Assist in physician training and sales training initiatives.
• Collaborate with the Territory Sales Manager on account setup, clinical engagement, case support, clinical outcomes, staff education, and residency education.
• Ensure adherence to company policies, quality standards, promotional regulations, and healthcare professional interaction protocols.
• Work with Clinical Specialist teams on case presentations and the sharing of peer-to-peer knowledge.
• Report directly to the Regional Clinical Manager (RCM).
• Execute additional duties as assigned.
• Clinical experience in roles such as Scrub Tech, X-Ray Tech, RN or BSN, or Laser Tech.
• For Clinical Specialist II: 1-3 years of industry experience.
• For Clinical Specialist II: Previous employment as a Clinical Specialist with a medical device company or experience with Mobile Litho Provider Companies.
• For Clinical Specialist II: Capability to provide intraoperative procedural guidance.
• For Clinical Specialist II: Willingness to travel outside the designated territory.
• For Sr. Clinical Specialist: Minimum of 3 years of full-time experience with a medical device company as a clinical specialist or in a similar role focused on case coverage and patient outcomes.
• For Sr. Clinical Specialist: Experience in intraoperative coaching.
• For Sr. Clinical Specialist: Proficient in staff and support training.
• For Sr. Clinical Specialist: Proven track record of success; urology experience is preferred.
• For Sr. Clinical Specialist: Familiarity with the medical device industry.
• For Sr. Clinical Specialist: Understanding of sales processes and training.
• Experience in surgical techniques and sterile procedures in the operating room.
• Familiarity with fluoroscopy is an advantage.
• Strong customer relationship skills and procedural skill development are highly sought after.
• A degree or certification in a medical-related field is highly preferred.
• Must be able to travel by car up to 90% of the time.
• A valid US driver's license is required.
• Compliance with applicable county, state, and federal vaccination regulations is necessary.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States is mandatory.
• Annual Variable Bonus: $20,000.
