This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Kansas, +2 more states.
• Integrate the organization's technology into Cardiac Cath, Hybrid OR, and IR Labs at both new and existing ACIST accounts.
• Install ACIST equipment and devices.
• Educate clients on optimal equipment usage while fostering relationships at various call points.
• Provide procedural assistance to Interventional Cardiologists, Interventional Radiologists, Vascular/Cardiothoracic Surgeons, and additional staff.
• Cultivate customer relationships during product adoption visits.
• Identify training requirements and implement activities that support product adoption and effectiveness.
• Convert non-adopters through consultative selling and collaboration with customers.
• Develop and implement consumable utilization strategies in partnership with the Territory Sales Manager.
• Resolve product issues and concerns to ensure long-lasting customer satisfaction.
• Maintain records of customer activity and profiles in Salesforce.com.
• Act as a consultative resource using the Vital Signs process and perform baseline assessments.
• Install medical equipment, which includes site and staff assessments, unpacking, testing, setup, OEM integration, coordination, training execution, and documentation.
• Present features and benefits while training customers on proper equipment and device usage.
• Establish follow-up plans and document staff proficiency.
• Execute comprehensive training plans for physicians and clinical staff to ensure device proficiency and safety.
• Ensure best practices and patient safety in the use of ACIST devices.
• Collaborate with the Territory Sales Manager on technology integration in new accounts.
• Address ongoing customer needs through effective cross-functional communication and collaboration.
• Convey product requirements to Engineering, service activities to Service, customer feedback to Marketing, and logistics needs to Sales Administration.
• Provide case and clinical support during product demonstrations and evaluations.
• Stay informed on product literature, promotional materials, and industry advancements.
• Minimum qualifications include RCIS, RN, RT, or a related healthcare license.
• At least 3 years of clinical experience in the interventional or peripheral cardiovascular laboratory, or a thorough understanding of current interventional practices and procedures.
• Capability to conduct impactful presentations during training and customer interactions.
• Demonstrated ability to exhibit strong persuasive skills, handle objections, and solve problems in high-pressure situations.
• Proven competency as a team contributor: action-oriented, perseverant, agile learner, and detail-oriented.
• Proficient in computer applications such as Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Capability to work independently and exercise judgment in line with organizational and departmental guidelines.
• Ability to learn and implement the Vital Signs process, including completing baseline assessments according to protocols outlined in the Account Database (Salesforce.com).
• Ability to lift equipment weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Willingness to travel a minimum of 70-80% of the time, including overnight travel.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Must meet and maintain customer/medical facility access requirements, including vendor credentialing standards and regular or periodic drug screenings with satisfactory results.
• Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• Over 5 years of clinical experience in a diagnostic and interventional cardiovascular laboratory utilizing the ACIST contrast delivery system is preferred.
• Sales experience is a plus.
• Scrub experience is preferred.
