This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Deliver comprehensive engineering, sales, educational, and technical assistance for Cardiac Rhythm Management products.

• Address field queries from physicians, healthcare practitioners, patients, and field sales personnel.

• Serve as a clinical liaison between the medical community and the business.

• Foster and maintain trustworthy business relationships with customers.

• Keep an in-depth understanding of CRM products, related technical knowledge, market trends, and key players.

• Design, lead, and conduct training sessions and programs on CRM products for healthcare professionals.

• Offer backup support to CRM Sales Representatives.

• Collaborate with engineers, technical experts, vendors, and clients.

• Travel roughly 50% of the time.

• Engage in duties that require prolonged standing, walking, and operating a personal or company vehicle.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Bio-Medical Engineering, a related field, or equivalent healthcare experience.

• At least 2+ years of relevant experience or a program certification from a recognized cardiac training program.

• Ability to achieve certification in CRM products.

• Proven knowledge of cardiology, electrophysiology, or cardiac electrophysiology procedures.

• Familiarity with cath lab and operating room practices and protocols.

• Advanced understanding of cardiac pacing systems.

• Engineering skills to analyze and resolve complex clinical issues.

• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.

• Exceptional interpersonal, presentation, analytical, and organizational skills.

• Capability to meet deadlines efficiently.

• Detail-oriented with the ability to work independently.

• Proficient in collaborating with engineers, technical specialists, vendors, and customers.

• Ability to handle multiple assignments simultaneously and effectively.

• Extensive personal computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office or similar software.

• Competence in developing presentation materials using graphics, word processing, databases, and authoring tools.
