This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Deliver extensive engineering, sales, educational, and technical assistance for CRM products.

• Address inquiries from physicians, healthcare professionals, patients, and field sales personnel.

• Serve as the clinical liaison between the medical community and the business sector.

• Establish and maintain trustworthy business relationships with clients.

• Offer engineering, sales, education, and clinical assistance for field inquiries.

• Keep a comprehensive understanding of CRM products, associated technical knowledge, market trends, and competitors.

• Design, lead, and conduct training sessions and programs on CRM products for healthcare professionals.

• Provide support to CRM Sales Representatives as needed.

• Work collaboratively with engineers, technical experts, vendors, and clients to meet designated objectives.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Bio-Medical Engineering, a related field, or equivalent healthcare experience.

• At least 2+ years of relevant experience or certification from an accredited cardiac training program.

• Ability to obtain certification in CRM products.

• Proven knowledge of cardiology, electro-physiology, or procedures related to cardiac electro-physiology.

• Familiarity with cath lab and operating room procedures and protocols.

• Advanced understanding of cardiac pacing systems.

• Engineering competencies to interpret and resolve complex clinical challenges.

• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.

• Exceptional interpersonal, presentation, analytical, and organizational skills.

• Ability to effectively meet deadlines.

• Detail-oriented and capable of working autonomously.

• Ability to collaborate with engineers, technical specialists, vendors, and clients.

• Capacity to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and efficiently.

• Proficient in using personal computers, including Microsoft Office or equivalent software.

• Willingness and ability to travel approximately 50% of the time.
