This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado.
• Deliver product, clinical, and sales support to PMLS teams and Mindray clientele.
• Aid the Enterprise Selling Team in crafting customer-specific, solution-oriented product presentations.
• Collaborate with EST/Sales to formulate clinical application strategies by engaging with customers and evaluating workflows.
• Assist with customer interactions, demonstrations, presentations, equipment setup, and the delivery of value-driven content.
• Perform on-site assessments of workflow and inventory.
• Create Hospital Roadmaps, identify solutions on a hospital-wide scale, and assist with quoting processes.
• Maintain communication with Sales and clients throughout the pre-sales phase.
• Lead and engage in follow-up visits across various modalities, advocating for Mindray solutions from departmental levels to C-suite executives.
• Work in partnership with Marketing, Service, Product Management, and other internal teams.
• Design and provide clinical sales training and mentor new employees.
• Offer operational analytics and quarterly productivity reviews for leadership.
• Engage in trade shows and regional meetings.
• Uphold product and clinical sales competencies while broadening expertise.
• Contribute to team revenue objectives through effective sales strategies and quota attainment.
• Registered Nurse (RN) with a valid license from an accredited nursing institution.
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
• Advanced business or clinical degree preferred.
• 2-3 years of experience in clinical sales.
• Over 4 years of active nursing experience in a specialty area directly involving cardiac monitoring of acute patients.
• Familiarity with advanced cardiac care, hemodynamics, Swan Ganz, and cardiac output monitoring.
• Understanding of the hospital procurement process in the capital equipment sector and lifecycle planning related to solution-based development.
• Excellent verbal communication, active listening, customer-centric presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and Salesforce.
• Technical and clinical knowledge of patient monitoring applications across healthcare organizations.
• Ability to adapt to shifting business priorities and schedules.
• Capacity to work independently and meet leadership-directed goals autonomously.
• Must be able to stand and present to a group for 2-5 hours multiple times a day.
• Must reside within 40 miles of a major airport.
• Willingness to travel up to 80%, including 3-4 overnight stays per week.
