Clinical Solutions Delivery Consultant – CV Ultrasound

📋 Description

• Facilitate clinical discussions throughout the educational phase.

• Tackle intricate clinical requirements utilizing advanced expertise.

• Enhance clinical processes via comprehensive workflow evaluations.

• Provide specialized clinical training on Philips Ultrasound products.

• Conduct educational sessions through on-site training, Philips Learning Centers, virtual platforms, and symposium-based programs.

• Stay updated on clinical practices, industry trends, and Philips technologies.

• Establish and nurture relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.

• Gather, analyze, and relay customer feedback effectively.

• Create and improve advanced educational materials by applying adult learning principles and evidence-based teaching methodologies.

• Spearhead and engage in multidisciplinary improvement projects.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute scalable learning solutions.

• Willingness to travel over 75%; availability for off-hours and weekends may be necessary.

⛳️ Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in a hospital environment as a registered cardiovascular sonographer.

• Current RDCS registry is mandatory.

• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Consulting, Clinical Education and Training, Clinical Practice, Instructional Design, or an equivalent in medical sonography.

• Proven experience in training, educating, or mentoring clinicians on cardiovascular ultrasound applications.

• Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.

• Strong interpersonal abilities and a business-focused mindset.

• Capacity to think strategically, recognize improvement opportunities, work independently, and contribute to wider organizational goals.

• Must be prepared to travel over 75%.

• US work authorization is required; candidates needing current or future visa sponsorship will not be accepted.

• Ability to fulfill minimum physical, cognitive, and environmental job requirements with or without accommodation.

• Experience with Philips, pediatric, and structural heart preferred.

• Background in clinical applications, clinical education, ultrasound leadership, program management, or roles within the healthcare industry is preferred.

• RVT and AE registry is preferred.

• MBA is preferred.
