This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Spearhead the provision of Image Guided Therapy (IGT) clinical education for Philips clients.
• Offer training ranging from basic to intermediate applications in hospitals and clinics within the designated region.
• Provide onsite clinical services, solutions, education, and training to customers.
• Assist clients in troubleshooting workarounds, integrating clinical practices, and understanding new solution functionalities.
• Take charge of the learning experience by consulting with customers and collaborating with internal stakeholders.
• Deliver outstanding onsite training and maintain effective communication with customers.
• Inform internal teams about project statuses, challenges, and delays.
• Foster communication and collaboration among the learning audience.
• Acquire comprehensive knowledge of relevant solutions by modality and enhance proficiency in specialized areas.
• Tackle and resolve a variety of issues using suitable methods and techniques.
• Travel approximately 75% of the time across the zone, with occasional national travel.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a cardiovascular or interventional radiology Registered Radiologic Technologist in a clinical setting.
• Current and active certification from the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT).
• Advanced certification in at least one of the following: Cardiovascular Interventional Radiology (CV), Cardiac Interventional Radiology (CI), Vascular Interventional Radiology (VI), or Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist (RCIS); or required to obtain within 12 months of starting employment.
• Certificate or associate degree is required.
• Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• Certified Technical Trainer Plus (CTT+) is preferred.
• Capability to work in an office/home office and/or remote settings as well as in hospital/healthcare environments.
• Flexibility to work hours that align with business requirements.
• Ability to safely handle radiation sources and/or radioactive materials.
• Capability to wear necessary personal protective equipment.
• May need to adhere to vendor credentialing requirements.
• US work authorization is mandatory; candidates requiring current or future visa sponsorship will not be considered.
• Must reside in or within commuting distance of Georgia.
• Must be located in a city within the territory that encompasses the majority of the customer base.
• Should be situated within a one-hour drive of a major non-regional airport.
• Approximately 75% travel is necessary, including potential overnight trips and air/train/bus travel.
