This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina, +2 more states.
• Lead the implementation of Image Guided Therapy (IGT) clinical education for Philips clients.
• Deliver training ranging from basic to intermediate applications in hospitals and clinics across the designated region.
• Provide onsite clinical services, education, and training solutions.
• Assist customers in testing workarounds, integrating clinical processes, and understanding new solution functionalities.
• Collaborate with local sales, service, and customer project management teams to ensure site preparedness.
• Manage the learning experience through customer consultations and partnerships with internal stakeholders.
• Ensure exceptional onsite training and maintain effective communication with customers.
• Update internal teams on project status, potential issues, and delays.
• Foster communication and collaboration among the learning audience.
• Acquire comprehensive knowledge of relevant solutions for each modality and achieve advanced proficiency in specialized areas.
• Tackle and resolve various challenges using sound judgment.
• Travel approximately 75% within the East Zone, involving daily driving, overnight stays, and potential air/train/bus travel.
• Occasional national travel may be necessary.
• Over 5 years of experience as a Registered Radiologic Technologist specializing in cardiovascular or interventional radiology within a clinical setting.
• Current/active certification from the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT).
• Advanced certification in at least one of the following: CV, CI, VI, or RCIS, or the requirement to obtain it within 12 months of starting employment.
• Certificate or associate degree.
• Bachelor's degree is preferred.
• Certified Technical Trainer Plus (CTT+) certification is preferred.
• Enthusiasm for technology and education related to patient care.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, along with presentation abilities.
• Capability to operate in an office/home office and/or remote environment as well as in a hospital/healthcare setting.
• Flexibility in working hours according to business needs.
• Ability to safely handle radiation sources and/or radioactive materials.
• Capacity to wear all necessary personal protective equipment.
• Compliance with vendor credentialing may be required.
• US work authorization is mandatory; no current or future visa sponsorship is available.
• Must reside in or be within commuting distance of North Carolina, South Carolina, or Virginia.
• Residency in a city within the territory that has the majority of the customer base is required.
• Must be located within an hour's drive of a major (non-regional) airport.
