This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Jersey, +2 more states.
• Oversee the delivery of Image Guided Therapy (IGT) clinical education to customers of Philips.
• Offer fundamental to intermediate application training in hospitals and clinics within the designated geographic area.
• Provide onsite clinical services, solutions, education, and training.
• Assist customers in testing workarounds, integrating clinical practices, and understanding new solution functionalities.
• Ensure site preparedness by collaborating with local sales, service, and customer project management teams.
• Take ownership of the learning experience through consultations with customers and collaboration with internal stakeholders.
• Deliver outstanding onsite training and maintain effective communication with customers.
• Update internal teams on project status, issues, and any delays.
• Foster communication and promote collaboration within the learning audience.
• Acquire comprehensive knowledge of relevant solutions for each modality and achieve advanced proficiency in specialized areas.
• Tackle and resolve various challenges using sound judgment.
• Travel approximately 75% across the Central Zone, typically involving daily driving of 1 to 6 hours.
• Travel may necessitate overnight stays and transportation by air, train, or bus; occasional national travel might also be required.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience as a cardiovascular or interventional radiology Registered Radiologic Technologist in a clinical setting.
• Current and active certification verified by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT).
• Advanced certification in at least one of the following: Cardiovascular Interventional Radiology (CV), Cardiac Interventional Radiology (CI), Vascular Interventional Radiology (VI), or Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist (RCIS), or must obtain it within 12 months of employment.
• Certificate or associate degree required.
• Certified Technical Trainer Plus (CTT+) certification is preferred.
• A strong passion for technology and education related to patient care.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication and presentation abilities.
• Capability to work in an office/home office and/or remote environment as well as in a hospital/healthcare setting.
• Flexibility to work hours based on business requirements.
• Ability to safely handle radiation sources and/or radioactive materials.
• Must be able to wear necessary personal protective equipment.
• Compliance with vendor credentialing may be required.
• US work authorization is mandatory; no current or future visa sponsorship is available.
• Must reside in or within commuting distance to New York, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, or Delaware.
• Must live in a city within the territory that holds the majority of the customer base.
• Must be located within a 1-hour drive of a major (non-regional) airport.
