This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Michigan.
• Spearhead the delivery of Image Guided Therapy (IGT) clinical education to Philips clients.
• Offer basic to intermediate application training in hospitals and clinics within the designated region.
• Provide onsite clinical service solutions, education, and training.
• Assist customers with testing workarounds, clinical integration, and new solution functionalities.
• Ensure site readiness by working closely with local sales, service, and customer project management teams.
• Take ownership of the learning experience through customer consultations and collaboration with internal stakeholders.
• Deliver an outstanding customer experience during onsite training and communications.
• Relay project status, issues, and delays to internal teams.
• Foster communication and encourage collaboration within the learning audience.
• Acquire comprehensive knowledge of relevant solutions by modality and attain advanced proficiency in specialized areas.
• Tackle and resolve a variety of problems using sound judgment and suitable methods.
• Travel approximately 75% within the zone, including 1–6 hours of daily driving; overnight stays and air/train/bus travel may be necessary.
• Occasionally undertake national travel.
• Over 5 years of experience as a cardiovascular or interventional radiology Registered Radiologic Technologist in a clinical setting.
• Previous experience as a clinical preceptor, in clinical training, and/or delivering adult education is highly preferred.
• Current/active certification from the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT), with verification required.
• Advanced certification in at least one of CV, CI, VI, or RCIS; certification must be obtained within 12 months of starting employment if not already held.
• Certificate or associate degree is required.
• A bachelor's degree is preferred.
• Certified Technical Trainer Plus (CTT+) certification is preferred.
• Strong passion for technology and education pertaining to patient care.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication and presentation abilities.
• Capability to meet minimum physical, cognitive, and environmental requirements for a clinical role.
• Ability to work in an office/home office and/or remote setting, as well as in a hospital/healthcare environment.
• Flexibility to work hours based on business needs.
• Competence to safely handle radiation sources and/or radioactive materials.
• Must be able to wear required personal protective equipment.
• May need to comply with vendor credentialing requirements.
• US work authorization is necessary; candidates requiring sponsorship now or in the future will not be considered.
• Must live in or be within commuting distance to Detroit, Michigan.
• Must reside in a city within the territory that encompasses the majority of the customer base.
• Must be located within a 1-hour drive of a major non-regional airport.
