This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.
• Oversee the delivery of Image Guided Therapy (IGT) clinical education to Philips clients.
• Provide foundational to intermediate application training in hospitals and clinics within the designated region.
• Offer onsite clinical services solutions, education, and training.
• Assist customers in testing workarounds, clinical integration, and functionalities of new solutions.
• Ensure site readiness by working closely with local sales, service, and customer project management teams.
• Take ownership of the learning experience through consultations with customers and collaboration with internal stakeholders.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience during onsite training sessions and communications.
• Relay project status, issues, and delays to internal teams.
• Foster communication and promote collaboration within the learning audience.
• Acquire comprehensive knowledge of relevant solutions per modality and achieve advanced proficiency in specialized areas.
• Tackle and resolve various problems using sound judgment to identify effective solution methods and techniques.
• Travel approximately 75% throughout the Central Zone, involving daily driving, overnight stays, and possible air/train/bus travel; occasional national travel may be necessary.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a cardiovascular or interventional radiology Registered Radiologic Technologist in a clinical setting.
• Previous experience as a clinical preceptor, in clinical training, and/or delivering adult education is highly preferred.
• Current/active certification through the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT), with verification required.
• Advanced certification in at least one of the following: Cardiovascular Interventional Radiology (CV), Cardiac Interventional Radiology (CI), Vascular Interventional Radiology (VI), or Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist (RCIS); certification may be obtained within 12 months of employment.
• Certificate or associate degree required.
• Bachelor's degree is preferred.
• Certified Technical Trainer Plus (CTT+) certification is preferred.
• Strong passion for technology and education related to patient care.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
• Capability to meet minimum physical, cognitive, and environmental requirements for a clinical position.
• Ability to work in an office/home office and/or remote setting, as well as in a hospital/healthcare environment.
• Flexibility to work hours based on business needs.
• Ability to safely handle radiation sources and/or radioactive materials.
• Competence in wearing required personal protective equipment.
• May be required to comply with vendor credentialing.
• US work authorization is mandatory; no current or future visa sponsorship will be provided.
• Candidates must reside in or within commuting distance of Chicago, IL.
• Must live in a city within the territory that encompasses the majority of the customer base and within a one-hour drive of a major non-regional airport.
