This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Oversee and collaborate on the clinical workflow design for Hospital Patient Monitoring solutions across the United States.
• Work closely with customers, project managers, clinical consultants, and the sales team to design and document workflows for intricate HPM solutions during customer interactions.
• Manage the adoption and optimization of systems for long-term clients.
• Partner with the CPS team to create and deliver innovative clinical solutions for customers.
• Provide clinical consulting services and engage in the development of new services or product features.
• Configure or supervise the configuration of Philips solutions to facilitate application and operational workflows.
• Evaluate workflows and advise on modifications needed for new functionalities or solutions.
• Assist customers in testing workarounds, clinical integrations, and new features.
• Educate and coach customers on intricate scenarios involving multiple solutions.
• Facilitate change management processes, ensure thorough system testing, and create comprehensive training plans.
• Maintain professional expertise and/or licensure through seminars and training.
• Engage in application and education communities, sharing knowledge and insights gained.
• Travel to various hospital sites and customer locations as required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or a related science, with an emphasis on education such as Nurse Educator, Clinical Nurse Specialist, Instructor, etc., along with over 5 years of relevant clinical experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Valid nursing license.
• Proficiency in process-mapping tools like Visio, swim lanes, and PowerPoint.
• Familiarity with virtual tools such as Zoom and Teams.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in data analysis, clinical consulting, workflow optimization, and process improvement.
• Nursing Informatics and Change Management certifications are highly preferred.
• Capability to meet customer-specific requirements such as vaccinations and screening tests.
• Willingness to travel by air, train, or bus and operate a company vehicle.
• Ability to work in a home office and/or remote environment.
• Flexibility to work in a hospital/healthcare setting and accommodate varied hours.
• Willingness to wear necessary personal protective equipment.
• Comfort with overnight travel approximately 75% of the time within the zone, covering all US states.
• Must reside within a 1-hour drive of a major (non-regional) airport.
• US work authorization is required; candidates needing sponsorship will not be considered.
