This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Wisconsin.
• Create and implement quarterly business strategies to meet procedure and disposable sales revenue goals within the designated territory.
• Enhance Ottava usage and broaden the Ottava user community within eligible accounts.
• Sustain a comprehensive and regularly updated strategic business plan for the territory.
• Consistently present sales projections to the sales management team.
• Collaborate with Field Sales Territory Managers to carry out strategic sales initiatives that optimize capital system and procedure sales.
• Conduct technical and clinical product demonstrations to facilitate the sales and adoption of Ottava Surgical Robotics technologies.
• Execute educational referral activities that boost procedure sales.
• Implement post-sales installation, implementation, and adoption processes alongside sales and service teams.
• Assist new clients in the clinical adoption of Ottava Surgical Robotics technologies.
• Aid customers in achieving their clinical and economic objectives while enhancing satisfaction and utilization rates.
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of Ottava Surgical Robotics products as well as industry and market developments.
• Attend live patient cases in hospital and ASC environments as necessary.
• A minimum of a bachelor’s degree is required.
• At least 4 years of pertinent experience in Medical Device, Healthcare, and/or Business-to-Business sales.
• Experience in operating rooms and/or robotics is preferred.
• Proficient in learning and conveying technical product information and clinical disease-state knowledge to physicians and economic stakeholders.
• Willingness to travel extensively, up to 75%, including overnight stays within the assigned territory.
• Capability to work in hospital and ASC environments and attend live patient cases as required.
• Ability to wear necessary protective equipment, including lead aprons and masks.
• A personal vehicle and valid Driver’s License are mandatory.
• A self-motivated individual and effective problem solver who can work independently in high-pressure situations.
• Competence in collaborating within a matrix team setting and accepting constructive criticism.
• Ability to articulate customer needs and feedback to the organization effectively.
• Highly organized with the capability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks efficiently.
• Strong communication skills at a high and frequent level with sales management and the wider organization.
• Experience working in a regulated environment compliant with ISO 13485 and 21 CFR 820.
• Base salary of $150,000.
