Clinical Sales Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Washington.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with the Clinical Sales Manager to create a sales strategy aimed at enhancing robotic-system utilization in the Seattle area

• Guide surgical teams through training sessions, integration within the operating room, and da Vinci Surgery applications

• Act as a resource for da Vinci Surgery across various primary surgical specialties

• Assist in regional Sales and Marketing initiatives that foster system awareness and encourage procedure adoption

• Formulate a da Vinci Surgery plan for each surgical team, enabling them to operate the system independently

• Broaden the user base by engaging with key opinion leaders

• Promote sales of instruments and accessories

• Coach new team members to evolve into high-performing clinical sales professionals

• Oversee administrative responsibilities, sales activities, and the submission of expense reports

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree is mandatory

• At least 5 years of sales experience, with a minimum of 2 years in healthcare sales

• A strong ambition and an outstanding work ethic

• Willingness to travel up to 25%

• Availability to work evenings and weekends as necessary

• Familiarity with the operating-room environment is preferred

• Must reside within or be open to relocating to Eastern Washington

• Current proof of vaccination against specific diseases, including COVID-19, may be required by Intuitive or clients

• Candidates may need to comply with U.S. export-control regulations, which may include obtaining an export license or adhering to a Technology Control Plan
