Clinical Sales Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with the Clinical Sales Manager to create a sales strategy aimed at enhancing the utilization of robotic surgical systems.

• Guide surgical teams through training sessions, operating room integration, and da Vinci Surgery applications.

• Act as a primary resource for da Vinci Surgery across various surgical specialties.

• Assist in regional Sales and Marketing events to promote system awareness and encourage procedure adoption.

• Formulate a tailored da Vinci Surgery plan for each surgical team, enabling them to operate the system independently.

• Broaden the user base by engaging with key opinion leaders.

• Propel sales of instruments and accessories.

• Coach new team members to develop into high-performing clinical sales professionals.

• Oversee administrative responsibilities, sales activities, and expense reporting.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of sales experience, including over 2 years in healthcare sales.

• Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time.

• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as required.

• A Bachelor’s degree is mandatory.

• Familiarity with the operating room environment is preferred.

• A proven track record of success.

• Demonstrated ambition and a strong work ethic.

• Capability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

• Exceptional interpersonal and persuasive communication abilities.

• Established ability to function effectively within a team.

• Candidates must reside in or be open to relocating to the Philadelphia, PA North area.
