Clinical Sales Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Michigan.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with the Clinical Sales Manager to create a sales strategy aimed at enhancing robotic surgery utilization.

• Guide surgical teams through training sessions, integration into the operating room, and utilization of da Vinci Surgery applications.

• Act as a resource for da Vinci Surgery across various primary surgical specialties.

• Assist in regional Sales and Marketing initiatives to boost system awareness and encourage procedure adoption.

• Design a tailored da Vinci Surgery plan for each surgical team to enable independent system use.

• Broaden the user base by engaging with key opinion leaders.

• Promote sales of instruments and accessories.

• Provide mentorship to new team members.

• Oversee administrative tasks, sales activities, and submission of expense reports.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree is mandatory.

• At least 5 years of sales experience, including a minimum of 2 years in healthcare sales.

• Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time.

• Availability to work evenings and weekends as necessary.

• Preferred knowledge of the operating room environment.

• A demonstrated track record of success.

• Strong ambition and a remarkable work ethic.

• Capability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

• Excellent interpersonal and persuasive communication abilities.

• Proven effectiveness in team collaboration.

• Must reside in or be open to relocating to the Flint/Lansing, Michigan area.

• Current proof of vaccination against certain diseases, including COVID-19, may be required by Intuitive and/or clients.

• Compliance with applicable U.S. export-control regulations may be necessary if applicable to the role.
