Clinical Sales Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Michigan.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with the Clinical Sales Manager to establish a sales strategy aimed at enhancing the utilization of robotic surgery.

• Oversee surgical teams during training sessions, support OR integration, and facilitate da Vinci Surgery applications.

• Act as a resource for da Vinci Surgery across key surgical specialties.

• Assist in regional Sales and Marketing initiatives that promote system awareness and encourage procedure adoption.

• Create a tailored da Vinci Surgery plan for each surgical team to enable independent system use.

• Broaden the user base by engaging with influential opinion leaders.

• Propel sales of instruments and accessories.

• Handle administrative responsibilities, sales activities, and the submission of expense reports.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree is required.

• At least 5 years of sales experience, including a minimum of 2 years in healthcare sales.

• Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time.

• Flexibility to work nights and weekends as necessary.

• Demonstrated track record of success.

• Strong ambition and outstanding work ethic.

• Capability to thrive in a dynamic, high-energy environment.

• Excellent interpersonal and persuasive communication abilities.

• Proven capacity to collaborate effectively within a team.

• Candidates should reside in or be open to relocating to the Flint/Lansing, Michigan area.

• May need to provide current proof of vaccination against specific diseases, including COVID-19.
