Clinical Sales Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Report directly to the Endoluminal Program Director

• Build and enhance the clinical field sales team within the designated region

• Oversee and direct the launch and utilization of the ION System program within the installed base

• Manage installations, training, and growth of utilization for the ION System

• Recruit, train, and develop the ESR/ETA clinical team

• Increase the usage of ION procedures across existing accounts

• Oversee training and education initiatives within the installed base

• Support the development of Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) throughout the region

• Provide the clinical sales team with updates on new products and existing product information

• Collaborate with training and marketing departments to execute strategies and programs as directed by senior management

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree is required

• A proven history in ION® sales or at least 5 years of experience in clinical sales management is necessary

• Extensive understanding of the Operating Room/Endoscopy Environment

• Demonstrated experience in selling medical capital equipment

• Prior experience in managing and directing a salesforce within the medical device industry

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities

• Completion of the ISI field sales management training course

• Proficient interviewing skills

• May require current proof of vaccination against specific diseases, including COVID-19

• Must comply with applicable U.S. export-control requirements, including potential export-license or Technology Control Plan obligations
