This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.
• Promote diagnostic testing solutions to healthcare professionals.
• Drive growth in sales and enhance market share by educating clients on assigned products and associated disease states.
• Establish and utilize customer relationships across various segments.
• Formulate and execute business strategies to meet revenue objectives and broaden market presence.
• Inform customers about the proper use, interpretation, and ordering processes of Siemens diagnostic tests.
• Cultivate and sustain relationships with healthcare practitioners and industry thought leaders.
• Deliver in-depth presentations to customers regarding Siemens Healthineers innovative assays, allergy testing, and plasma proteins.
• Highlight the clinical advantages of new solutions within the customers' clinical settings.
• Keep track of Siemens clinical offerings, market dynamics, and the competitive landscape.
• Oversee the sales process from lead generation to closing using Siemens' CRM system.
• Implement demand-generation strategies for key market segments.
• Provide leadership with market and customer insights utilizing both internal and external data.
• Collaborate with Commercial Sales, Marketing, Medical Affairs, and Technical Support teams.
• Travel within the designated territory to engage with customers, participate in sales events, and attend training sessions.
• Work with the Regional Manager to create initiatives that boost customer access and market share.
• A minimum of a BA/BS degree in business, marketing, or medical health sciences (such as medical technology, biology, clinical chemistry, etc.).
• At least 2 years of experience in a commercial organization focusing on sales/marketing, preferably in clinical diagnostics with direct physician engagement.
• Prior experience in healthcare sales is essential.
• Proven ability to manage analytical tools for funnel development, CRM, and market analysis.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Capacity to work autonomously as well as collaboratively within a team.
• Familiarity with CRM systems is required.
• Proficient in the Microsoft Office suite.
• Knowledge of laboratory testing methodologies and competitive laboratory practices is advantageous.
• Willingness to travel within the assigned region.
• A valid driver's license in your state of residence is necessary.
• No prior DUI/DWI convictions or pending charges, nor any serious moving violations, unless restricted by state or local law.
• Must fulfill applicable client Vendor Credentialing criteria, which may involve valid identification, background checks, drug screenings, immunizations, annual TB testing, and healthcare training.
