This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.
• Promote diagnostic tests to healthcare providers.
• Drive sales growth and enhance market share by educating customers about assigned products and relevant disease states.
• Cultivate and utilize relationships with customers across diverse segments.
• Formulate and execute business plans to meet revenue objectives and broaden market share.
• Inform customers about the correct use, interpretation, and ordering of Siemens diagnostic tests.
• Establish and sustain relationships with healthcare providers and key industry opinion leaders.
• Deliver high-level presentations on Siemens Healthineers' novel assays, allergy, and plasma proteins.
• Highlight the clinical value of innovative solutions within the clinical environments of customers.
• Oversee the sales cycle from lead generation to closure utilizing Siemens' CRM tool.
• Implement demand-generation campaigns targeting key market segments.
• Provide market and customer insights to leadership through the analysis of internal and external data.
• Collaborate with Commercial Sales, Marketing, Medical Affairs, and Technical Support teams.
• Travel within the designated territory to engage with customers, participate in sales events, and attend training sessions.
• Work with the Regional Manager to develop initiatives that enhance customer access and increase market share.
• A minimum of a BA/BS degree in business, marketing, or medical health sciences (such as medical technology, biology, clinical chemistry, etc.).
• At least 2 years of experience in a commercial organization within sales/marketing, ideally in clinical diagnostics with direct physician interaction.
• Previous experience in healthcare sales is preferred.
• Proven ability to manage analytical tools for funnel creation, CRM, and market insights.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Capability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
• Familiarity with CRM systems is essential.
• Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite is required.
• Knowledge of laboratory and competitive laboratory testing methodologies is advantageous.
• Willingness to travel within the assigned geographical area.
• Must be based in the USA.
• A valid driver's license in the state of residence is necessary.
• No prior DUI/DWI convictions or pending DUI/DWI charges, or other serious moving violations, unless prohibited by state/local law.
• Must fulfill applicable client Vendor Credentialing requirements, which may include valid identification, criminal background checks, drug screenings, immunizations, annual TB testing, and healthcare training.
