Clinical Sales Associate

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Michigan.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with the Clinical Sales Manager to formulate a sales strategy aimed at enhancing the utilization of robotic systems.

• Oversee surgical teams during training sessions, OR integration, and the application of da Vinci Surgery techniques.

• Act as a resource for da Vinci Surgery across primary surgical specialties.

• Assist in regional Sales and Marketing events to promote system awareness and encourage procedure adoption.

• Create tailored da Vinci Surgery plans for each surgical team to facilitate independent system usage.

• Broaden the user base by engaging with key opinion leaders.

• Propel sales of instruments and accessories.

• Handle administrative duties, sales activities, and the submission of expense reports.

⛳️ Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree is mandatory.

• At least 2 years of experience in outside sales; experience in the medical device sector is preferred.

• Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time.

• Must be available to work nights and weekends when necessary.

• A proven track record of success is essential.

• Must possess ambition and a strong work ethic.

• Ability to thrive in a dynamic, high-energy environment.

• Excellent interpersonal skills and persuasive communication abilities are required.

• Demonstrated capability to work effectively within a team.

• Candidates must reside in or be willing to relocate to the Flint/Lansing, Michigan area.

• May need to provide current proof of vaccination against certain diseases, including COVID-19.

• Subject to possible U.S. export-control licensing or Technology Control Plan requirements, where applicable.
