Clinical Sales Associate

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Belgium.

📋 Description

• Optimize the utilization of existing da Vinci® Surgical Systems.

• Execute the clinical sales strategy outlined by the da Vinci Clinical Sales Manager.

• Become a regional expert in da Vinci® Surgery across key indications.

• Assist in regional Sales and Marketing initiatives to enhance system awareness and encourage procedure adoption.

• Create a tailored da Vinci® Surgery strategy for each surgical team.

• Collaborate with surgical teams to evaluate and select suitable cases, ensuring consistent system usage.

• Broaden the user base by engaging with hospital personnel and surgeon thought leaders to establish a qualified lead pipeline.

• Facilitate training sessions for surgical teams on system operations, OR integration, and da Vinci® Surgery applications.

• Offer case support, guidance, and insights to surgical teams.

• Oversee administrative responsibilities, including sales/procedure reporting, sales activity outcomes, and expense reports.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is mandatory.

• At least two years of experience in support and training within the medical device sector, or a minimum of two years of prior sales experience in healthcare.

• Proven track record in sales support or a successful sales background.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.

• Proficient in English and Dutch.

• Willingness to travel up to 70% and/or be present in the field, based on business requirements.

• Demonstrated ability to function effectively as part of a team.

• Familiarity with the Operating Room environment is preferred.
