Clinical Review Team Lead

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Execute all responsibilities of the Central Intake Team in accordance with departmental Standard Operating Procedures.

• Supervise and manage Central Intake referral requests to guarantee timely and precise processing.

• Work in collaboration with Central Operations Teams and Leadership to identify, document, and address process deficiencies while suggesting improvements.

• Monitor individual and team performance metrics on a daily basis.

• Cultivate and maintain a motivated team atmosphere focused on both individual and collective goals.

• Ensure adherence to Standard Operating Procedures during Central Intake processing.

• Address inquiries from Regional Leaders concerning delayed referrals, providing documented timelines and factors impacting completion.

• Generate and distribute daily, weekly, and monthly team performance reports to supervisors and leadership.

• Recognize trends and opportunities, reporting relevant data to the direct supervisor on the same day.

• Collaborate with the Supervisor to develop, implement, and update Standard Operating Procedures.

• Safeguard the confidentiality of patient information.

• Oversee orientation and manage Individual Development Plans (IDPs) for new team members.

• Foster the growth of team members through ongoing training, coaching, and mentoring.

• Provide cross-training and support to other Central Operations Teams on special projects.

• Undertake additional responsibilities as business needs change.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 1 year of experience in Intake Coordination.

• At least 1 year of Team Lead experience is highly preferred.

• Exceptional communication and public speaking abilities.

• Capability to interact professionally with company staff, referral sources, patients, and others.

• Proficiency in navigating multiple systems simultaneously.

• Basic Excel skills are required.

• Intermediate Excel skills are preferred.
