Clinical Research Associate

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Guatemala.

📋 Description

• Conduct site qualifications, initiate, monitor, and conclude visits for clinical trials.

• Ensure adherence to protocols, maintain data integrity, and prioritize patient safety throughout the trial process.

• Collaborate with investigators and site personnel to ensure efficient study execution.

• Perform data evaluations and resolve queries to uphold high-quality clinical data.

• Assist in the preparation and review of study documentation, including protocols and clinical study reports.

• Assume responsibility for clinical trial monitoring deliverables and work in a cooperative manner.

• Bachelor's degree in a scientific or healthcare-related discipline.

• A minimum of 2 years of experience as a Clinical Research Associate.

• Comprehensive understanding of clinical trial procedures, regulations, and ICH-GCP guidelines.

• Excellent organizational and communication abilities, with a keen eye for detail.

• Capacity to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic environment.

• Willingness to travel as necessary (approximately 60%).

• Legal authorization to work in Guatemala.
