Clinical Research Associate

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Supervise and direct clinical trial operations in alignment with protocols, regulatory guidelines, and industry standards.

• Lead monitoring activities for clinical trials, emphasizing quality and ongoing enhancements.

• Oversee clinical trial sites to ensure compliance with study protocols, regulatory guidelines, and Good Clinical Practice (GCP) standards.

• Conduct site visits to evaluate performance, address issues, and facilitate effective trial execution.

• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to guarantee timely and precise data collection and reporting.

• Offer training and support to site personnel and other Clinical Research Associates (CRAs).

• Cultivate and sustain relationships with site staff and stakeholders.

• Supervise cardiovascular and respiratory studies in Quebec.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in a relevant scientific field or healthcare-related discipline.

• Significant experience as a Clinical Research Associate, with a deep understanding of clinical trial procedures and regulatory standards.

• Demonstrated capability to manage multiple sites and projects concurrently, showcasing strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.

• Proficiency in monitoring practices, data integrity, and site management, along with familiarity with applicable clinical trial software and tools.

• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills, with the capability to influence and ensure compliance in a complex environment.

• Willingness to travel as needed (approximately 60%).

• Legal authorization to work in the country where the position is located.
