Clinical Research Associate

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Supervise and manage clinical trial operations in accordance with protocols, regulatory standards, and industry guidelines.

• Direct clinical trial monitoring activities emphasizing quality and ongoing enhancement.

• Evaluate clinical trial sites for compliance with study protocols, regulatory mandates, and Good Clinical Practice standards.

• Perform site visits to evaluate performance, address issues, and facilitate the successful execution of trials.

• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and precise data collection and reporting.

• Offer training and support to site personnel and other Clinical Research Associates (CRAs).

• Establish and nurture relationships with site staff and stakeholders.

• Oversee respiratory and cardiovascular studies in the Greater Toronto Area.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant scientific discipline or a healthcare-related field.

• Significant experience as a Clinical Research Associate, with a comprehensive understanding of clinical trial processes and regulatory standards.

• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple sites and projects at the same time.

• Strong organizational skills and adept problem-solving capabilities.

• Proficiency in monitoring practices, data accuracy, and site management.

• Familiarity with relevant clinical trial software and tools.

• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management abilities.

• Capability to influence and ensure compliance in a complex environment.

• Willingness to travel as needed (approximately 60%).

• Legal authorization to work in the country where the position is located.
