Clinical Research Associate

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Oversee and manage the activities of clinical trials in accordance with protocols, regulatory standards, and industry guidelines.

• Lead monitoring tasks for clinical trials, emphasizing quality and ongoing enhancement.

• Ensure clinical trial sites comply with study protocols, regulatory standards, and Good Clinical Practice (GCP).

• Conduct site visits to evaluate site performance, address challenges, and facilitate successful trial execution.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and accurate data collection and reporting.

• Provide training and guidance to site personnel and other Clinical Research Associates (CRAs).

• Develop and sustain relationships with site personnel and stakeholders.

• Monitor respiratory and cardiovascular studies in the Greater Toronto Area.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in a relevant scientific field or healthcare-related discipline.

• Significant experience as a Clinical Research Associate, with a solid grasp of clinical trial processes and regulatory standards.

• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple sites and projects concurrently.

• Strong organizational and analytical problem-solving skills.

• Proficiency in monitoring practices, maintaining data integrity, and managing sites.

• Familiarity with relevant clinical trial software and tools.

• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management abilities.

• Capability to influence and ensure compliance within a complex environment.

• Willingness to travel as needed (approximately 60%).

• Legal authorization to work in the country where the position is located.
