This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Execute site qualification, initiation, monitoring, and close-out visits for clinical trials.
• Ensure adherence to protocols, uphold data integrity, and prioritize patient safety throughout the trial lifecycle.
• Work alongside investigators and site personnel to ensure efficient study execution.
• Conduct data reviews and resolve inquiries to sustain high-quality clinical data.
• Assist in the preparation and evaluation of study documentation, including protocols and clinical study reports.
• Design and analyze clinical trials, interpret intricate medical data, and contribute to the development of innovative treatments and therapies.
• Take ownership of clinical trial monitoring deliverables and collaborate effectively in a sponsor-dedicated model.
• A Bachelor's degree in a scientific or healthcare-related discipline.
• At least 2 years of experience as a Clinical Research Associate.
• Comprehensive understanding of clinical trial processes, regulations, and ICH-GCP guidelines.
• Excellent organizational and communication abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
• Capability to work both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced setting.
• Willingness to travel as required (approximately 60%).
