Clinical Research Associate

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Supervise and coordinate clinical trial operations in accordance with protocols, regulatory standards, and industry best practices.

• Lead monitoring activities for clinical trials, emphasizing quality assurance and ongoing improvement.

• Evaluate clinical trial sites to ensure compliance with study protocols, regulatory standards, and Good Clinical Practice (GCP).

• Perform site visits to assess performance, address issues, and offer support.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and accurate data collection and reporting.

• Provide training and support to site personnel and fellow Clinical Research Associates (CRAs).

• Establish and nurture relationships with site staff and stakeholders.

• Oversee respiratory and cardiovascular studies in the Greater Toronto Area (GTA).

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant scientific field or healthcare-related discipline.

• Significant experience as a Clinical Research Associate, with a comprehensive understanding of clinical trial methodologies and regulatory guidelines.

• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple sites and projects concurrently, possessing strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.

• Proficient in monitoring practices, data integrity, and site management.

• Familiarity with applicable clinical trial software and tools.

• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management abilities.

• Capacity to influence and ensure compliance within a complex environment.

• Willingness to travel as necessary (approximately 60%).

• Legal authorization to work in the country where the position is located.
